POKEMANIA3 SERVER RULES
Rule 1: Have fun! The server is meant to be a place for enjoyable gameplay — treat other players the way you would want to be treated, and resolve disputes politely or report them to the administration.
Rule 2: Respect other trainers — harassment, discrimination, threats and persistent pestering of other players in-game, in chat or on Discord are forbidden. Repeated violations result in temporary or permanent penalties, depending on severity.
Rule 3: No cheating or hacking — using bugs, exploits or game-modifying programs (cheats) results in a permanent account ban and reversal of unfairly obtained items/currency.
Rule 4: Keep chat civil — repeatedly insulting other players risks a temporary chat or game ban, depending on the severity of the violation, as decided by the administration.
Rule 5: Do not disrupt other trainers — deliberately hindering other players' gameplay may result in a warning or temporary ban.
Rule 6: Cooperation matters — help new and less experienced trainers, share knowledge about server mechanics and build a friendly community instead of competing at others' expense.
Rule 7: Report bugs to the administration — any noticed bugs, game malfunctions or suspicious behavior from other players should be reported via Discord or the helpdesk system, instead of being ignored or exploited.
Rule 8: Your account, your responsibility — do not share your login credentials with third parties. The account owner is responsible for all actions performed on the account (including by people granted access to it).
Rule 9: Follow the account rules — including providing accurate registration data, the ban on creating accounts for persons below the minimum age required by the rules, and the obligation to keep a current, working e-mail address linked to the account.
Rule 10: The game is meant to be fun for everyone — administration decisions are made with the good of the whole community in mind; abusing game mechanics at the expense of other players' comfort is treated as a violation of the spirit of the rules, even if it does not break them directly.
Rule 11: Multi-accounts are forbidden — owning and simultaneously using more than one account (e.g. for farming, bypassing bans or limits) results in a block on all related additional accounts; the main account may be banned if used to attempt fraud with them.
Rule 12: Bots and automation (fishing bots, auto-clickers, scripts playing for the player) are completely forbidden and result in a permanent account ban with no possibility of appeal.
Rule 13: Attempts to defraud other players or the administration (fake trades, phishing for items/data, impersonating the administration) result in a permanent account ban.
Rule 14: Selling and buying accounts is forbidden — if the administration becomes aware of it, both the seller and the buyer may be banned. The administration is also not responsible for an account transferred or sold to a third party.
Rule 15: If the administration suspects you of cheating and asks you to join Discord for verification, refusing to join or logging out during the verification is treated as an admission of guilt and results in appropriate consequences.
Rule 16: Exploiting bugs and failing to report them to the administration results in a ban — bugs and loopholes found in the game must be reported to the administration immediately instead of being used for personal gain.
Rule 17: If a given event has defined rules, attempting to bypass or break them is treated as ruining the event and results in exclusion from the event along with additional consequences determined by the administration.
The Pokemania team may take action against accounts that break the rules, including temporary and permanent bans and reversal of unfairly obtained resources.
